Do I need Pro to use HowlVault?+
No. Free is fully functional for a one-caller, single-machine setup. Pro adds cloud sync and advanced sequencing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your account. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is my library stored in the cloud?+
Only if you enable cloud sync on Pro or Team. Free stores everything locally on your machine.
What happens to my sounds if I downgrade?+
Nothing. Your local library is always yours. Cloud-synced libraries stay accessible for 90 days, then are purged.
Do you offer a student or military discount?+
Yes. Email hello@howlvault.com from your .edu or .mil address.
