The license for the tray agent on your machine.

This EULA governs HowlBridge — the desktop tray agent you install on your machine. The web vault is covered separately by our Terms of Service.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Apex Global LLC (“HowlVault,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of HowlBridge — the downloadable desktop software that connects your browser to your electronic game caller over USB.

This EULA is in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to your HowlVault account. Where terms overlap, the Terms of Service and this EULA should be read together; if there’s a direct conflict, the Terms of Service controls.

By downloading, installing, or using HowlBridge, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you don’t agree, don’t install HowlBridge.

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run HowlBridge on your authorized machines for as long as your HowlVault account is active.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install HowlBridge on machines authorized under your HowlVault plan;
• Run HowlBridge on those machines for your personal or business use in connection with your HowlVault account; and
• Receive and install updates to HowlBridge during your active subscription.

This license is tied to your active HowlVault account. If your account is canceled, suspended, or terminated, this license automatically ends.

No reverse-engineering, no redistribution, no bundling, no circumvention.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell HowlBridge to anyone;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, protocols, or underlying ideas of HowlBridge;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on HowlBridge;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright notices;
• Bundle HowlBridge with, or incorporate HowlBridge into, any other software product;
• Use HowlBridge to circumvent the machine limits, storage limits, or other plan restrictions of your HowlVault account;
• Use HowlBridge in any manner that violates applicable law.

You can install HowlBridge on as many machines as your HowlVault plan allows — 1 for Free, unlimited for Standard and Pro.

Each HowlBridge installation registers with your HowlVault account as a “linked machine.” The number of simultaneously-linked machines is limited by your HowlVault plan as described at howlvault.com/pricing.

You can unlink machines from your account settings to free up slots. Attempting to circumvent machine limits — by spoofing device identifiers, repeatedly reinstalling to evade tracking, or otherwise gaming the system — is a material breach of this EULA and may result in termination.

HowlBridge may update itself. Updates are covered by this same EULA.

HowlBridge may automatically download and install updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. By installing HowlBridge, you consent to receiving these updates.

Updates are licensed under this EULA (or a superseding version, if we’ve notified you of a change). We may require that you install updates to continue using HowlBridge; refusing mandatory security updates may result in your copy of HowlBridge being unable to connect to our services.

We own HowlBridge. You’re getting a license to use it, not ownership of it.

HowlBridge and all intellectual property rights in HowlBridge — including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents — are the sole property of Apex Global LLC and its licensors. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.

The HowlVault name, HowlBridge name, logos, and related branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

HowlBridge is provided “as is.” Caller and firmware compatibility isn’t guaranteed.

HOWLBRIDGE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don’t warrant that HowlBridge will:

• Work with every caller model, brand, or firmware version;
• Be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions;
• Meet your specific requirements or expectations;
• Prevent data loss, file corruption, or hardware issues caused by USB devices, SD cards, or external hardware.

Hunters use a wide range of hardware. Caller manufacturers update firmware and file formats over time. We do our best to keep HowlBridge compatible with every supported device, but we can’t guarantee that every combination of OS, caller, firmware, and SD card will always work.

Our liability to you is capped — same cap as our Terms of Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF HOWLBRIDGE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Damage to SD cards, USB devices, or caller hardware;
• Lost or corrupted files;
• Missed hunts or lost opportunities;
• Incompatibility with third-party software, firmware, or hardware.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO HOWLBRIDGE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU’VE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation is consistent with §13 of our Terms of Service, which governs the overall HowlVault Service.

When your HowlVault account ends, so does this license. You must uninstall HowlBridge.

This EULA is effective until terminated. It automatically terminates when:

• You delete your HowlVault account;
• We terminate your HowlVault account per the Terms of Service (§11);
• You materially breach this EULA (for example, by reverse-engineering HowlBridge or distributing it to others).

Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall HowlBridge from every machine where you’ve installed it and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.

Nevada law. Disputes go to binding individual arbitration — same as the Terms of Service.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration as described in §15 of our Terms of Service, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.
